What is the Personal Trainer feature?
The Personal Trainer uses text-to-speech to provide voice motivation during your workouts. It announces progress milestones, motivates you through tough moments, and celebrates completion. Fully customizable voice gender, encouragement level, speech rate, and pitch.
How do I enable/disable the Personal Trainer voice?
Tap Settings (⚙️) → Personal Trainer Settings → Toggle "Enable Personal Trainer" on or off.
Does the app work offline?
Yes, 100% offline. No internet required. All voice generation happens on your device.
Does it work in the background?
Yes! Timer continues with voice motivation even when your screen is locked or you're using other apps.
Is there a subscription?
No! All features included free. No subscriptions, no in-app purchases.

Troubleshooting

Voice not working

  1. Check device volume is up
  2. Check silent/ringer switch (should show orange)
  3. Ensure "Enable Personal Trainer" is ON in settings
  4. Restart the app

Timer not starting

  1. Ensure all required fields are filled
  2. For Reps Timer, verify work time and rest time > 0
  3. Try force-closing and reopening app

Every Minute On The Minute. Perfect for CrossFit-style workouts.
