Workout Timer is a fitness timer application developed and operated by McNish Development ("we," "our," or "us"). The App provides specialized timer modes for various workout protocols including interval training, EMOM, Tabata, and other fitness timing needs.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on your personal iOS device solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

Since the App stores all data locally on your device and does not transmit any content to our servers, you retain all rights to your timer configurations and settings. We do not claim any ownership over your locally stored data.
